By purchasing an item, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed all available photographs and understand that photographs may show the actual condition, visible wear, details, marks, accessories, and characteristics of the item.
Colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device display, and individual perception. Such variation does not constitute a material misdescription.
5. Pre-Owned Goods Sold AS IS
All items are sold “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” and in their existing condition at the time of sale, except where expressly stated otherwise.
By purchasing an item, the customer accepts the item in its current condition, including any disclosed or visible signs of wear shown in photographs or described in the listing.
6. Authentication
THE BRAND ORIGINAL makes reasonable efforts to review and authenticate items before offering them for sale.

7. Availability and Pricing

10. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final unless expressly permitted under THE BRAND ORIGINAL Return & Final Sale Policy.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits are accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, subjective expectations, failure to review photographs, failure to read descriptions, or normal characteristics of pre-owned luxury goods.
11. Shipping
Shipping terms are governed by THE BRAND ORIGINAL Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. THE BRAND ORIGINAL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside the Store’s reasonable control.
For high-value items, THE BRAND ORIGINAL may require signature confirmation, adult signature, insurance, or additional delivery safeguards.
12. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute inconsistent with these Terms, the Return & Final Sale Policy, or the facts of the transaction may constitute a breach of these Terms.
THE BRAND ORIGINAL may provide product photographs, descriptions, checkout consent records, delivery records, authentication information, customer communications, and applicable policies in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.
14. Fraud Prevention
